Japanese Soft Cheese Cake


This new recipe was given to me by Jessie, my new blog friend. But my cake do not achieve the same look as hers.
The side of the cake has 'wrinkle'..皱皱的!Wonder is it my folding method is wrong or I have overbeat the egg white?
Will try again next time....
