Chocolate Tarts

Richard has given us this extra 'bonus' simple recipe. Indeed, it is very simple and taste very
good. Using the same tart recipe for 'Pandan coconut tart'. Simply melt the coating chocolate
and add in this 'Feuillgine' - flakes. Put it in the ready tart and refrigerate it. That's it.
A simple tarts to make for gatherings...

Brother Birthday

Again, a very last min cake. No time to bake cake, soI decided

to buy a marble cake from the confestionary shop. Roll out

the fondant and made a mini aeroplane to decorate

the cake. Though this aeroplane looks too cartoonise for an adult,

but its the thought that count. Happy Birthday, Bro..

Richard Goh Baking Class - Lesson 1

Today is my first lesson with Richard Goh. Heard a lot about him
and finally got the chance to meet and learn from him. He is a
very fun and easy going guy. I believe everyone has enjoyed his
lesson very much. We got a chance to hands on to mould the
coconut tart too. It is an enjoyable afternoon..;)

Birthday cake

PC down again. Not able to upload this photo till now. I am really
happy to make this cake with my own imagination. I used to be a
copycat...hee hee.... I used ready fondant bought from B.I.Y.
The taste is just as good as homemade mashmellow fondant. Its
so easy to do and it dries up faster too. Think its because of our
hot weather now. I used Aunty Yochana's butter cake with fondant.
I am really glad that cakes and fondant has fully consumed.
