Sweet Corn Konnyaku Jelly


Very nice jelly. Everyone likes it. I used premix jelly

instead of jelly powder.


Ingredients:

250 gm. Konnyaku Jelly Premix

750 ml. Water

200 ml. coconut milk

1 tin cream style sweet corn


Method:

(1) Boil 750 ml. water.

(2) When the water is about to boi, pour in the

konnyaku jelly mixture and keep stirring until the

konnyaku jelly is dissolved.

(3) Pour in coconut milk and sweet cream and stir

till evenly mixed.

(4) Pour mixture into konnyaku jelly mould and let it set.

(5) Chill before serving.
