birthday. But horribly, I had made a GREAT mistake on the

'SHOU' word. I pasted it the opposite side. I begged my grandma

for forgiveness. Felt so shameful.....

Agar Agar Lotus Mooncake

My family is not a big fan for mooncakes. So I tried to do this
agar agar mooncake, thinking its something new and they would
love it. I used happyflour recipe to make the
above. After trying, my kids still do not like it. They rather have
the plain agar agar than this with special filling (lotus). I guess I
would not tried this for them anymore.
